We connected with Pam as she was involved with the previous owner’s design before the owners decided to sell the property. Pam’s commission included the Planning and Building Regulations

Knowing the location and restricted planning issues with the previous owners it was good to get Pam involved as she was able to articulate the issues and guide us through the design avoiding potential issues. Working with Pam was easy as well as Pam working the Structural Engineer. The Building Control application was accepted first time.

During construction/ refurbishment there were issues, Pam was supportive helping myself and the builder to overcome issues to satisfy Building Control. Prior to final inspection Pam visited the property to ensure that works completed were as per the approved planning and building Regulation, once satisfied Pam signed the Notice of completion that was submitted to the Local authority.
